NZ’s leading supplier of security services operates through a national network
of branches and boasts 40,000 customers including the main high street banks.
The nature of its business means it must follow strict operational procedures,
regularly audited both internally and externally. Armourguard prides itself on
effective, open communication whereby any branch can call on the best resources
available in the organisation, irrespective of location.
A nationwide business needs multi-point communication and functional technology
to measure and analyse key performance indicators. At Armourguard, analysing
that information was five full-time jobs. And when the software crashed, the
downtime hurt.
The Solution
