Conteliga offers an easy and flexible baseline concept for the implementation of individual control frame-works – by linking risks to sets of controls. A set of controls comprises one or more controls like Access or Process Controls, General Computing Controls (GCC) or Segregation of Duties (SoD) Controls. Individual control baselines for different systems, organization entities or valid data ranges can be defined.

Conteliga has an integrated Workflow Engine in SAP. This Workflow Engine allows the implementation of individual workflows e.g. for the annual access reviews and regular execution of compensating controls. Sched¬uling and standard monitoring reports as well as alert¬ing functionalities are available. In addition, interfaces for content management platforms like Documentum, and SAP Business Warehouse can be provided.
Conteliga provides unique user individual process controls monitoring and alerting. Controls can be defined cross applications, right down to field level values. Example, Procure-to-Pay process: Alert for changes of the total amount of an already approved PO by more than 5%. An individual exception report is created on a daily basis and automatically sent to the process owner.
